CYD Black Matchbook

CYD Matchbooks are a simple to use and highly effective drink spike test. Each Matchbook contains 8 strips. The matchbook is small enough to fit comfortably into a pocket, wallet or phone case. It offers the opportunity to stay safe from drink spiking when travelling, socialising or just going about daily life. To use, simply tear out a strip and put a drop of your drink on onto the pale pink and yellow test pads. If the colour changes to pale blue/grey on the pink test or orange on the yellow test, do not drink! If positive, alert your friends and a staff member and get them to help you to safety. The tests have been developed and validated by three independent bodies: the Clinical Trials Laboratory Services (CTLS), the University of Strathclyde and Lucideon. It is the only test approved by the British Police's Secured by Design programme.
